Working exclusively with the foot and ankle, our doctors integrate all aspects of specialized care by utilizing their knowledge, experience, and expertise as the foundation of our Foot & Ankle Center at Skagit Northwest Orthopedics.
Our fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Camille Connelly, and our specialty-trained podiatric surgeons, Dr. Cindy Bullock and Dr. Timothy Messmer, are leaders in foot and ankle care, using their advanced training and experience to provide the most up-to-date and comprehensive foot and ankle care in the region.
With their commitment to continued education through attending courses, lecturing, writing, and actively learning the newest procedures and techniques, Dr. Bullock, Dr. Connelly, and Dr. Messmer are the most highly skilled foot and ankle doctors in the area.

The Foot & Ankle Center at Skagit Northwest Orthopedics provides our foot and ankle patients access to consultation Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This access is in addition to our coverage of foot and ankle surgical emergencies at area emergency departments.
Prior to your consultation, new patients will be asked to complete forms, which include medical history, demographic, and insurance information. This information, along with any current diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI), will be utilized by your doctor to help in your diagnosis and treatment plan.
