Taylre R. Secrist

PT, DPT

Taylre was born and raised in Washington and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Whitworth University before moving to the East Coast for the remainder of her training. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia and spent the next 7 years away from home continuing her career and raising two children while her husband Dr. Secrist, also an employee of Proliance Skagit Northwest Orthopedics, completed his surgical training. Taylre enjoys building relationships with patients and empowering them to get back to the activities they love through education and encouragement. She feels the greatest sense of satisfaction through her work when she sees patients’ joy in reaching their goals and gaining more independence.

Outside of work, Taylre enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, listening to audiobooks, and thrifting. She likes learning about sustainability, other cultures, and DIY skills.
