Marc Flexer
PT, DPT
Marc is a Washington native who graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. Since graduation, Marc has continued his post-graduate training in manual therapy techniques for the spine and extremities through various groups and was certified as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist by the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2013. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Sports and Orthopedic sections and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Marc continually strives to learn and apply evidence-based practice in his treatment of spine and sports specific injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and degenerative joint disorders. He utilizes a comprehensive biomechanical approach with manual therapy, exercise, and education to tailor individualized treatments. Marc strives to empower his patients through education and movement to reach their personal goals and ultimate potential.
Outside of work, Marc loves to spend time in the mountains, or on the water with his wife Carrie and dog Jasper. In the winter, he is an avid downhill skier, and works part time for the Mt. Baker Ski Patrol. He also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, climbing and whitewater rafting.
