Brett Nelson is a physical therapist and orthopedic clinical specialist with expertise in spinal dysfunction, athletics and injury assessment, and general orthopedics with an emphasis on postoperative and sports rehabilitation. He was born and raised in Mount Vernon and earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. After earning his master’s degree in physical therapy in 1994 from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania, Brett took his first job at Williamsburg Community Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia. In 1996, he returned to Skagit Valley to continue his career in physical therapy.
In his free time, Brett enjoys camping, golfing, water sports, traveling, and tennis. In the summer months, he occasionally works on the family farm near Conway.
