“I visited Dr Connelly in two different offices, Mount Vernon and Anacortes. The staff in both places were wonderful and helpful. The receptionist informed me on the first visit that since I was a self pay that I receive a 20% off the visit if I paid the day of service. She didn’t need to inform me of that but I am thankful she did. The nurse assistant was friendly, professional, and had a positive with me as a patient. She explained who she was, everything she was doing, and what I should expect from the visit. The X-ray tech was professional, positive, friendly and considerate of my condition with regards to the fracture. She didn’t ask me to push my body anymore than it was comfortable to position it. Dr Connelly was very professional and has great knowledge with regards to my particular injury. She was thorough at showing me the xray and CT scans and explained them to a level of my knowledge and understanding. She explained that my injury would not need surgery and why. Not needing surgery was a big plus for me. She then explained my options for my best recovery. A bad situation was made much better by Dr Connelly and the staff involved as they treated me as a whole person and not just a medical condition.”
